It’s important to note that I have been working in an Agile environment — we currently are using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

My UX Process

My process varies slightly, depending on if this is a new product or modifying an existing product or feature. I can go into detail when we talk in person, though my portfolio walks through the general process.
